These terms govern transportation arrangements managed by Baltimore Airport Car Service.

Quotes and pricing

All trips are quoted by itinerary and confirmed before booking. Confirmed quotes are honored as agreed; material itinerary changes may be re-quoted with your approval.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed by dispatch. Providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information is the client's responsibility.

Waiting time and changes

Airport pickups include a reasonable post-landing grace period. Additional waiting, added stops, or extended hourly time may adjust the fare, always confirmed before being applied.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided with your quote and vary by trip type and notice period. Contact dispatch as early as possible when plans change.

Conduct and safety

We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct. Chauffeurs follow all traffic laws; client requests that conflict with safety or law cannot be accommodated.

Prepare an itinerary that can be confirmed

We arrange and manage your ride. Start with the date, pickup location, full destination address and a contact who can be reached during travel. Airport arrivals need the operating airline and final inbound flight number. A rail arrival needs the station and train details instead. List any intermediate stops in order. If the journey ends at a hotel or venue with several entrances, identify the intended collection or drop-off point.

The booking page provides the online booking widget. A request, a displayed starting rate or an unfinished booking form is not a confirmed reservation. Retain the written confirmation and review the date, addresses, vehicle class and passenger contact before travel.

Understand the published rate structure

The rate page publishes starting hourly rates for four vehicle classes, with a three-hour minimum. A point-to-point airport journey needs a quote for the actual itinerary. The hourly minimum is not a published airport-route fare. S-Class and Sprinter rates are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Confirm all inclusions and any itinerary-specific charges before accepting.

Confirm passengers, bags and pickup instructions

Vehicle selection depends on luggage as well as people. Include large cases, carry-ons, strollers and mobility equipment. Photos illustrate a class and do not establish that a particular vehicle or arrangement is available for your date. Requested equipment and assistance need confirmation with the trip.

Review the agreed meeting point and waiting terms. Ask when waiting starts and how flight delays, baggage collection or changes to the destination affect the booking. Keep the day-of contact and pickup instructions accessible, and communicate changes promptly. These planning notes accompany the existing terms; the written quote and confirmation supply the arrangements for your individual trip.
