Before requesting your ride

Make the pickup location specific

We arrange and manage your ride. A useful request starts with the airport code, the date and the full destination address. BWI terminal arrivals and BWI Rail Station arrivals need different meeting instructions: the airport lists Amtrak and MARC separately from terminal transportation. If your journey starts on a train, provide the station and train arrival rather than an airline flight number. Describe the whole party and itinerary

Count large cases, carry-ons, strollers and any mobility equipment separately. A seat count alone does not establish that the bags will fit. Tell us whether equipment folds, whether assistance is needed and whether a child seat is requested. Ask for confirmation of the assigned vehicle and equipment before accepting the booking. Our vehicle guidance helps you prepare these details without assuming a particular model will be available.

For a cruise connection, add the ship name, terminal and your own check-in instructions. For a hotel pickup, specify the entrance or collection point rather than just the property name. If several households travel together, nominate one contact and list every stop in order. Include both the pickup time and any deadline at the destination; they serve different purposes when planning a transfer.

Review what the quote covers

Ask for the complete price, waiting start, included waiting allowance, parking, tolls, airport charges and cancellation terms in writing. Hourly hire has a three-hour minimum; a point-to-point journey needs its own itinerary quote. S-Class and Sprinter rates are starting rates, and the booking form confirms the final price.
